Feedback

At RocDoc all feedback is important and we always listen and is applicable make the necessary changes.  

We would prefer that if someone has an issue that they contact us directly rather than putting a post on a public forum so that we can discuss the matter and try to resolve the issue.  We are always saddened when we hear that someone has not had a positive experience and if this is the case then please complete this form so that a Manager can respond to you. If a negative feedback is found on social media then RocDoc will not respond on that forum but instead will direct the person to this page.
